A strategy based on business continuity implies a balanced client portfolio. Tibco has developed its Telecom activities for four types of clients: major telephone operators, B2B operators, equipment manufacturers and institutional players.

Major telephone operators have been the Tibco group’s historic partners and make up the first client segment in the Telecom Division. Our national coverage, our industry oriented approach and Telecom network expertise mean we are in a strong position in the network operation sectors when addressing these players. All the main B2B operators today rely on Tibco to deploy and maintain IP solutions for their clients. Our close-knit national coverage, well honed processes and professional behaviour, which is vital in end-client environments, are essential assets for the B2B operators.

Our historic relationship with equipment manufacturers is naturally growing even stronger as networks are modernised. Our major strength lies in our national organisation and our ability to address the whole range of network core, transmission and Telecom network access technologies. In financial 2010-2011, we continued to develop targeted activities for institutional clients. The French railways and the Paris metro are now among our clients and our teams take an active part in the operation of their strategic Telecom networks.
